Our Behaviour Assessment Reports (BAR) created for NDIS participants seeking to provide the NDIS with objective evidence of the level of behaviour support needs for children, adolescents and adults across disability types. They are generally funded under NDIS line items:

• 15_005_0118_1_3: Capacity Building Supports for Early Childhood Interventions – Other Therapy (Participants Aged 0 – 7 years of age)

• 15_056_0128_1_3: Assessment Recommendation Therapy And/or Training (Incl. AT) – Other Therapy (Participants Aged 8 years and over).

BAR contains functional interviews, direct observations across settings, baseline data, incident reviews and psychometric tools (e.g., ABAS-3, Vineland-3, QABF/FAST, anxiety/mood screens as indicated). We specify the function of behaviours, identify any Restrictive Practices in use, and recommend the reasonable and necessary level of behaviours support intervention the participant requires.
